Week 1 (January 18-24)

Week 1 - how did you do? I did pretty terrible, I have to say. I actually forgot to weigh-in this morning before I ate breakfast. So my loss this week is in the 0% range! Next week, will do much better. I guess I just needed a week to get ready. :)

I forgot to say what my original goal was. It is 5%.
So this week I did 0.45% of that goal.
(I think I did the math correctly! :)
