Week 3 Results
Week 3 results...post here! I hope everybody had a good week...I had a dismal week with a couple of really good days, and some good exercise to boot, but PMS working against me and I'm actually higher than the first week! :( Will have to move much more this week, and fight the hibernation instinct.

Week 2 Results
How did you do this week? Well, I had two or three really good days with a little exercise thrown in (started the week with a good long run, maybe that helped). So, I can post a loss of 0.25% which is actually pretty dismal, but something nonetheless! Good luck to everyone this coming week. Hopefully I will build some momentum.

Week 1 (January 18-24)
Week 1 - how did you do? I did pretty terrible, I have to say. I actually forgot to weigh-in this morning before I ate breakfast. So my loss this week is in the 0% range! Next week, will do much better. I guess I just needed a week to get ready. :)
